We’ve rolled out a set of updates to Duda’s native Bookings feature, giving your clients and their business more control over how appointments are offered, booked, and managed.

These updates are designed to support more real-world scheduling scenarios, from multi-staff teams and multiple services to group sessions and smarter reminders.

Set up automated email & SMS reminders prior to an appointment

Reduce no-shows and keep customers informed with automated email and SMS reminders. These will be sent to the person who booked the appointment and any additional participants.

Reminders can be scheduled for:

  • 24 hours before
  • 4 hours before
  • 1 hour beforethe appointment

You can choose one or multiple reminder times, ensuring customers never miss an upcoming booking.

Offer group appointments with multiple participants

Bookings now supports appointments with multiple participants, making it easy to offer group meetings like:

  • Fitness classes, workshops, or training sessions
  • Webinars, seminars, or group consultations
  • Open house events or tours
  • Small-group lessons or coaching sessions
  • Any appointment where capacity is limited but more than one guest can join

Simply set the number of available seats per appointment type, and customers can book until the max capacity is reached.

Want to set up a one-time group session like a webinar, a workshop or a property showing? No problem. Just remember to adjust the availability or limits accordingly.

Let site visitors choose who to book

Now, when site visitors place a booking, they can choose a specific staff member they prefer out of several giving that appointment, or select the next available staff member based on their chosen date and time. For example, customers can select their favorite barber or beautician when making a booking.

This Bookings widget setting makes it easy for businesses like salons, clinics, or consultancies to manage shared services while giving customers more choice and faster availability.

Let visitors choose an appointment or service out of several

You can now add multiple services to a single Bookings widget. This means that instead of creating separate widgets for each appointment type, your clients can now add a service selection step to the booking process.

For example, a beauty salon can let visitors choose between a manicure, facial, or massage, helping to streamline setup and improve the booking experience.

A scheduling solution built for real businesses

Together, these updates make Duda Bookings more powerful, flexible, and scalable, to help you manage bookings more efficiently while delivering a smoother experience for your clients' customers.
