Transfer of data outside the EEA
Duda has certified its adherence to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, as administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and detailed at https://www.privacyshield.gov. However, due to the invalidation of the Privacy Shield Framework by the Court of Justice of the European Union (decision 2016/1250), and to the extent Duda transfers your Personal Data outside the European Union, Duda shall only do so to a jurisdiction approved by the European Commission as providing sufficient protection to the processing of Personal Data, and/or rely on appropriate safeguards, including where applicable, the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data adopted by the European Commission.
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide our Service, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client Personal Information, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Upon receiving your request, and according to legal obligations to which we are subject, we will first need to authenticate your request. Should this information not be included in your request we will respond with an authentication request, after which your request will be processed within the legal timeframe.
We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site and Services are not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we allow use of our Service by minors without prior consent or authorization by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
