We’ve added a multilingual feature to Duda’s internal collections, so Dynamic pages based on them can now be translated without the need to manually duplicate and then update the collection. This can help your clients reach more customers in more locations and reduce operational overhead.

Translate an entire internal collection with a click

If you have an internal collection-based site for, say, presenting the company’s team, and want to have all the team members’ associated Dynamic pages translated, now you can with a click of a button.

To be able to have your internal collections translated, your site will need to have those additional languages - these can be added using our multilingual tool either before or after having created your internal collection.

Or, translate only the updates you’ve made

Translate updated data in your collection with ease, by selecting the specific rows you want to update the translation for and hitting the Translate button.

How to start translating your internal collections

Translating an internal collection is a manual, per-collection action. For best results, keep the following in mind:

  • The languages available for translation depend on those added to your site. Make sure the Google Translate toggle in the multilingual tool is turned on.

  • Once translation begins, the collection can only be managed in the site’s default language.

  • Translations are generated from the default language to the others, but you can still create manual, per-language iterations if needed.
