We're excited to introduce the all-new Discounts experience in Duda eCommerce.

This redesigned area gives you and your clients more flexibility to create targeted promotions that increase sales, boost average order value, and encourage repeat purchases. Whether you're running seasonal campaigns, clearing inventory, promoting new products, or rewarding larger purchases, you now have multiple ways to build the right promotion for your business.


With this release, you can create three powerful discount types, including:

  • Product discounts – Offer percentage or fixed-amount discounts on selected products or categories.
  • Buy X Get Y discounts – Reward customers with discounted or free products when they purchase a minimum quantity of eligible items.
  • Product Bundle discounts – Offer discounts when customers purchase a predefined group of products together.


Let’s dive deeper in each of the new discount types.



Product discounts: Promote exactly what you want

Create targeted promotions on specific products or categories using a searchable selector.


When selecting a category, all products within that category are automatically included, including subcategories. Here you or your client can choose to exclude variants or subcategories in their catalog if they want. 


You can choose between:

  • Percentage discounts (for example, 20% off)
  • Fixed amount discounts (for example, $10 off)

And decide how customers receive the promotion, whether it’s applied automatically at checkout or when customers enter a coupon code.


This makes it easy to run everything from flash sales and holiday campaigns to product launches and inventory clearance events.


Buy X Get Y: encourage larger purchases

Create promotions that reward customers for buying more. With Buy X Get Y discounts, customers can receive free or discounted products when they purchase a minimum quantity of eligible items.


Here are some exampoles of what this might look like:

  • Buy 2 items and get a 3rd item free
  • Buy 3 products and get the 4th at 50% off
  • Purchase products from one category and receive a discount on products from another

This promotion type is ideal for increasing basket size, promoting specific inventory, and encouraging customers to add more items to their order.

Product bundles: increase the average order value

Create discounted product bundles that encourage customers to purchase complementary products together.


For example:

  • Buy a camera + lens together and save 15%
  • Purchase a complete skincare routine at a discounted price
  • Bundle related products into a single promotion to increase revenue per order

Product bundles make it easier to showcase product combinations that naturally belong together while giving customers an incentive to purchase the full set instead of individual items.


Customize how and when discounts apply

All discount types support advanced controls so you can run promotions exactly the way you want.


You can configure things like:

  • Start and end dates
  • Total usage limits
  • Usage limits per customer
  • Minimum purchase requirements

Minimum order requirements only apply to products included in the discount configuration, giving you precise control over promotion eligibility.

This makes it easy to plan ahead for virtually any type of promotion, including:

  • Holiday campaigns
  • Flash sales
  • Product launches
  • Limited-time promotions


View a summary of the discount you're setting up - as you're doing it

This makes it all the more easier to keep track of the discount you're about to offer to customers, how it will be applied, which prodiucts are affected, and for how long this promotion will run.
