Edit text faster with quick AI Content Assistant actions

We’ve added new quick edit suggestions right into the AI Content Assistant dialog box, to allow you to shorten, lengthen, and improve text better and faster.

To give an example, if your suggested text is longer than expected, you can easily ask the Assistant to cut it short right here at the click of a button, without needing to re-select the text and open Assistant's text menu all over again.

An added bonus: these actions are also available when generating SEO meta tags for individual fields (only title or description).

New! Change workspaces to easily work on all your accounts

We’ve added the option to quickly log in to other workspaces you might need to when working on multiple accounts.

Your Duda profile menu now includes the option to Change Workspace. Opting for this option will show you the available accounts, and clicking each of these will put you through the login to the other account.

More code customization power with your Dynamic Pages

We've added the ability to add inline binding to a page's head HTML. Until now you could connect a Dynamic Page's meta title and meta description to the site’s internal collection, to dynamically show metadata for each page item.

So what’s new? You can now add other metadata, and insert custom code to the Dynamic Page's head HTML. Another option that’s now possible is to connect Content Library fields to the <head> section of regular (non-Dynamic) site pages.

That's it for this month's Wrap Up. We hope you find these useful. Got an idea or a feature request? Stop by our Idea Board and post it.

Check out the recent updates we’ve made to Duda’s API that can help your agency integrate our website building tools into third-party software. API integrations can help you automate parts of your workflow, and make your team work faster and more efficient.

Add the company name when creating or updating client accounts via API

If your agency relies on the Create Account API for creating and managing clients, now you can use the new Company name field to better manage relevant clients. This will save you valuable time and cut out any manual work that was previously involved in adding new clients’ company names.

Know when a site is live and available at its domain - for real

This update gives you a proactive solution for knowing when a site you’ve published is live and available at its domain, and is pointing to Duda after receiving its SSL certificate. To automate the update, you can set up an email or a dashboard notification to know exactly when the site is available at its domain for everyone, everywhere.

Use this documentation for SSL certificates.

New label tags in your Site List

This update automatically assigns a label to a site on your Site List as soon as the site is created, updated or deleted through API. This can be useful for when you need to filter out a certain type of site. For example, when you want to locate all sites with a premium plan, all landing pages, or any others with the label you’ve set for these.

New Store Type tells you which store your site includes

If a site includes a store, now it will show whether it’s the native or the third-party store. If you’re a Saas company offering eCommerce sites or an agency using API to create a store, this new Store Type field can save you a lot of valuable time, and will prevent any manual searching and finding.

Use this documentation for creating an account via API, and this for updating an account.

Use this documentation for creating sites from a template via API, and this one for updating the site via API.

If you're new to API integrations and wondering how it can leverage your site building business, visit this page.
