Introducing Duda’s Idea Board, your dedicated place for sharing ideas about features you want, and for voting and commenting on ideas that other people have already requested. You can also find workarounds and suggestions from users, and see updates from the Duda team regarding requested features.

How does it work?

Duda’s Idea Board gives the Duda community a single place for requesting new features and capabilities, and for tracking their status. The board is private so it’s only visible to Duda users. To check it out, go to Resources > Idea Board in your dashboard, or go to ideas.duda.co and log in with your Duda credentials.

  • See a feature that you want too? Vote for it.
  • See a feature you’ve got something to say about? Comment on it.
  • Have an idea that’s not listed yet? Add the idea.
  • Any time a status update is made to a feature that you’ve added, voted for or commented on, you’ll be notified.
  • In some cases, we might reach out to you to understand more about your request, or to invite you to be part of the beta testing of a feature you’ve asked or voted for.

Product Managers at Duda check the Idea Board regularly and will respond to all new Ideas within around 5 business days. For more about using the Idea Board and what terms you’ll be seeing there, see this.

Where to go for support

This board doesn’t replace our award winning support team. If you have an issue with an existing feature, please visit our Support Portal or contact our support team.
