Invite your clients to view their sites with the newly customizable Client Invitation email. This email, previously known as Communications, is located under the White Label tab in the dashboard. It's the simplest way to tell clients that they have access to to their site and can use it according to their permissions.

With the new client invitation, you can customize the email to reflect your brand and message, and include instructions for how clients should go about reviewing their site. For example, if you give all of your clients Site Comments, you can explain how they can get started.

Note: All of your clients will get the same email. There's no option to customize it per client, so make sure the message fits all users.

Customize once, use over & over again

Customize the invitation once and it can be used to notify all clients when their sites are ready.

  • The email elements that you can customize include subject, sender name, main text and signature.
  • The elements that are automatically generated include the Login URL and Login email.

This is just one of many steps we’re taking to improve your entire client management process, and the white label capabilities of the platform. There will be more improvements in the future :)
