About the Role

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in software, technology, and revenue operations who wants to own how GTM systems, data, AI, and business processes work together.

This is a Revenue Operations generalist role with a strong systems orientation. You’ll own work across Salesforce and our broader GTM technology stack, improve workflows, build with AI, troubleshoot systems, analyze revenue data, and help Sales and other GTM teams work more effectively.

You’ll also play a hands-on role across broader Revenue Operations work, including revenue planning, quota and target setting, performance analysis, forecasting, churn analysis, data modeling, enablement, and leadership reporting.

You don’t need to know every system we use. We care much more about how you think, how quickly you learn, and whether you spot problems and opportunities before someone has to point them out. We expect you to take a problem from investigation to recommendation to fix with minimal direction.

What you’ll work on

Systems, workflows, and automation

  • Own and improve workflows across Salesforce and our broader GTM systems
  • Identify inefficient, manual, or fragile processes and design better ways of working
  • Troubleshoot system, workflow, integration, and data issues to find root causes and resolve them
  • Build and maintain AI agents and automation that support Sales and other GTM teams
  • Evaluate new software, functionality, and processes, and make recommendations on what to adopt
  • Understand how our GTM systems connect and proactively flag risks, gaps, and downstream impacts

Revenue operations, planning, and analysis

  • Drive analysis for quota setting, revenue targets, forecasting, and capacity planning
  • Build and maintain data models used for revenue planning and decision-making
  • Analyze pipeline, conversion, performance, churn risk, and other revenue trends
  • Investigate changes in performance, identify the underlying drivers, and recommend what to do about them
  • Contribute to leadership and board reporting, as well as broader revenue planning and operational analysis

Enablement and GTM partnership

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance on revenue operations projects
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of new tools, workflows, processes, and AI capabilities
  • Translate operational changes into clear, usable processes and resources for GTM teams

Minimum qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a professional business environment, including time in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, analytics, or another quantitative business function
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, workflows, Flow, or CRM configuration
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, lookups, conditional logic, pivot tables, and working with larger datasets
  • Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with percentages, growth rates, conversion rates, targets, averages, and financial or operational metrics
  • A track record of using data to analyze a problem, identify trends, and drive a recommendation or decision
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to solve business problems, improve workflows, analyze information, or reduce manual work
  • Experience building, owning, or improving a structured process, workflow, model, or analysis
  • Ability to independently investigate an issue, validate your findings, and clearly explain what you found and what should happen next
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What will make you successful here

  • You’re naturally curious and like understanding how systems, data, and processes work together
  • You’re a proactive problem solver who catches issues and inefficiencies before they become bigger problems
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can break an unfamiliar problem into something you can work through
  • You learn new tools quickly, do the initial digging yourself, and ask good questions when you need help
  • You can move between technical, analytical, and operational work while keeping the broader business goal in mind

Nice to have, not required

  • Experience with GTM platforms such as Apollo, Gong, HubSpot, or similar software
  • Familiarity with quota setting, revenue targets, pipeline analysis, forecasting, churn, capacity planning, performance reporting, or financial modeling
  • Experience using AI tools to build workflows, agents, automations, or repeatable processes
  • SQL, Python, JavaScript, APIs, integrations, or other technical experience that helps you understand how systems and data connect

Growth in the role

You’ll come in owning work across GTM systems, AI workflows, automation, revenue analysis, forecasting, quota and target setting, data modeling, and cross-functional planning. Over time, you’ll take on broader ownership across Revenue Operations and help shape how the function operates.
