We’ve released a new centralized designated area in the native store for managing product options and values. This improvement will save you time navigating through individual product pages, and will add a boost of efficiency to your eComm clients' business as they set up the product catalog with any variants.

One management page to rule them all


The new options management page is a single place where you can view, edit, and manage all the product options (and their respective values) set up in the store. It’s where you can add new options, edit existing option names, and manage their values, in addition to viewing how many products have each of these.



Instantly update options & values across your site


The new centralized management page for all product options and values lets you easily make edits to any specific option and its respective values, like updating the colors your client's store items come in. Simply go to that color option, update the values it includes, and whichever products had that option will instantly update with that change.


We've also added the ability to reorder options at the product level (using a simple drag & drop), giving you the power to promote specific options as you or your client needs, or add more and reorder them to your liking.

New to product options?

In that case, we recommend starting on the product level: go to a product in the catalog, scroll down to product options, and choose the Add Option action to get started. Once you have at least one option set up, you'll have the Manage All Options button that will take you to the new options management page mentioned above.


Alternatively, you can use one of our templates with product options built-in by default, like the Optic Store.

A better eComm maintenance workflow


With this update, cross-catalog option changes are made on the new centralized management page, while product-specific adjustments like reordering, and product specific value changes are made on the product page.
