    We offer competitive store plans. To learn more, visit the pricing page. Please note that store plans are in addition to your account plan’s cost. Duda doesn’t collect any transaction fees from the store. However, the payment gateways you connect to your store may include transaction fees. Check with your payment service provider for more information.

  • Which payment gateways are supported?

    You can custom connect any payment gateway of your choice, or use more standard payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal to offer payments using all major credit and debit cards.

  • How does the store customization work? How do I set up my own payment gateway or sync with an external catalog?

    This is where the Duda's Composable eCommerce comes in. You can replace almost any component of your store (excluding store pages, cart and widgets) with your own choice of tools, apps or platforms using a variety of integration capabilities, including REST API, apps, Zapier integrations and others.   • Is there any developer documentation my team can use?

    Yes, we’ve made available development resources you or your team can use to follow as you integrate custom store components. Learn more here.

  • I’ve already built a store with the third-party eCommerce solution. How will this affect me?

    It won’t. Whatever stores you’ve built using our third-party solution, you can keep and maintain for as long as you want. If you want, you can migrate your store catalog from the third-party to the native store. To switch your existing third party stores to the native one, please contact support.

  • What’s the difference between the native and third-party stores?
