Important Information About Your Free Bookings Trial

By activating this free trial offer, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Applicability: This offer is available to eligible Duda customers who activate the Bookings add-on service during the promotional period. This offer applies to new Bookings subscriptions only and cannot be applied to existing Bookings subscriptions.
• Promotional Period: The Bookings service is free until August 31, 2026, regardless of when you activate during the promotional period.
• Auto-Renewal Notice: This is a free trial with automatic conversion to a paid subscription. After the free trial period ends on August 31, 2026, you will be automatically charged the then-current Bookings Standard site plan rate unless you cancel before August 31, 2026. You may cancel at any time during the trial period through the billing page in your account or by contacting support.
• Cancellation: To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Bookings subscription before August 31, 2026. If you cancel, your access to Bookings features will terminate and be removed from the site immediately.
• Service Availability: Trial features and functionality are the same as the paid Bookings service. Duda reserves the right to modify or discontinue this trial offer at any time.
• No Combinations: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or bulk pricing agreement.
• Limitation of Liability: This trial offer is provided "as is" without warranties. Duda's liability for any issues related to this trial is limited to the fees you would have paid for the Bookings service during the trial period.
• Governing Terms: Except as modified by these terms, your use of the Bookings service is governed by Duda's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
