Managing products at scale means moving quickly, staying organized, and giving shoppers a clear buying experience. To help your eComm clients do just that, we’ve rolled out several updates to Duda’s eCommerce product catalog.

These will make it easier to manage product variations, update pricing, inventory, and product status in bulk, streamline shipping workflows, and move faster while editing products.

Here’s what’s new.

Use color swatches for product options

Text-only color names can be vague for shoppers. With this update, your eComm clients can now define a product option as an actual HEX color (e.g. #F2F2F2) and display it visually on the product page as a color swatch.

eComm clients can select any color they want when setting up product options, and store visitors will see those options as clickable color swatches alongside the label. The selected color is clearly highlighted and comes together with the color name, making it easier for customers to make their selection.

Your clients can even convert existing textual color names to color selection!

This is especially helpful for stores selling products with multiple color variations and for anyone looking to create a more intuitive, visual shopping experience.

Pro tip: Upload images for each color variation so they display automatically when customers select a swatch.

Color options also integrate with existing filter and sort functionality, so store visitors can browse by color just as easily.

Update product prices, inventory, and status right from the catalog list

Say goodbye to opening products one by one just to make simple updates. You can now edit prices, inventory, and product status directly from the main product catalog list.

Whether you’re adjusting a single item or updating multiple products at once, changes can be made inline, saving time and clicks. For pricing, your eComm clients can also override existing prices or quickly add or subtract amounts, making promotions and adjustments much faster to manage.

We’ve also added a new inventory column to the catalog view to show a summary, so stock levels are always visible and easy to update at a glance.

Easily manage shipping data in bulk with enhanced CSV support

For your eComm clients using shipping dimensions in the catalog (with or without Easyship), we’ve extended the product CSV export and import functionality to support more shipping-related fields, to make bulk updates and external workflows a lot easier.

When Easyship is connected:

• Product exports now include package weight and dimensions (height, width, length)
• HS codes are included for relevant products
• CSV imports support updating all of these fields in bulk

Plus a little bonus: the shipping dimensions provided in the CSV import also make it easier to migrate stores from other platforms into Duda!

This improvement helps your eComm clients keep shipping data accurate, aligned, and easy to manage, especially when working across systems or updating large catalogs.

Workflows with more focus: Quickly navigate between products in your catalog

Editing multiple products is now a lot smoother with this update: when working on a certain product’s settings page, you or your eComm clients can now use the handy Next and Previous arrows to move between products instantly.

This is especially ideal for:

• Editing multiple products in a row
• Reviewing pricing, inventory, images, or descriptions
• Performing quick QA without returning to the product list each time

The result is a faster, more focused editing experience, especially for larger catalogs.
