CCC Intelligent Solutions has long helped insurers, repairers, automakers, parts suppliers, and other participants manage the auto claims and collision repair process. As consumer behavior changed, CCC saw a new challenge emerging for its repair-shop customers.
Collision repair shops had historically relied heavily on insurer referrals. Many had only a basic website, if they had one at all, and often lacked the time or expertise to manage the many channels that now shape a customer’s first impression. Search visibility, reviews, social media, accurate business listings, certifications, and hiring had all become part of competing in a local market.
CCC recognized an opportunity to help shops build stronger direct relationships with consumers while expanding the value of its CCC ONE platform. The company set out to create an integrated digital presence solution that could make professional websites and ongoing brand management practical for busy repair teams.
Building a proprietary website platform would have required considerable development time and ongoing investment. CCC instead evaluated established website builders, looking for a solution that could operate as a tightly integrated part of CCC ONE.
Duda stood out for its white-label capabilities, APIs, scalability, and ability to synchronize existing customer data with each shop’s website.
“Integration was key. The other website builders we talked to had all the parts, but the integration wasn’t there,” said Ripul Jain, Senior Director of Product Management at CCC Intelligent Solutions.
Working with Duda and Duda Expert Fix8 Media, CCC brought its initial website product to market in six months. Duda’s account management and technical account management teams met regularly with CCC’s cross-functional team throughout development and continued supporting the program after launch.
The integration allows a repair shop to create a website using information already stored in its CCC ONE profile. Services, certifications, hours, payment information, and other business details automatically populate the site, reducing duplicate data entry and helping shops publish quickly.
Customers can choose from 10 repair-focused templates and customize their sites with drag-and-drop tools. The sites are responsive and include tools that support important moments in the customer journey, including appointment scheduling and virtual estimates. Multilingual support lets visitors select from more than 80 languages.
Because the experience sits within CCC ONE, customers can manage their digital presence without navigating an unfamiliar collection of disconnected products.
“Customers couldn’t believe that in just a few minutes, they could have their business website up and running. There’s a little bit of disbelief that that’s possible,” said Jain.
What began as an embedded website product has grown into CCC Amplify, a broader digital brand management solution for collision repair shops. Alongside a professional website, shops can manage reviews, social activity, business listings, and website performance from within CCC.
CCC Amplify connects listings across more than 50 platforms, giving shops one place to update important business details and maintain a more consistent online presence. Its review-management tools bring feedback from Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other sources into a central dashboard, with AI-assisted responses to help teams act promptly. Shops can also manage social posts and analytics without adding separate vendor contracts.
Built-in AI guidance helps customers improve alt text, page metadata, favicons, and website copy. These tools make common search-optimization tasks more approachable for teams whose main focus is running a repair business.
Frank’s Collision Center offers an example of how repair shops can use CCC Amplify to support several business goals at once. The company launched four websites in 30 days, grew its Facebook following sixfold in three months, and received more than five job applications during its first 90 days with the solution.
CCC has also recorded stronger retention among shops using Amplify. The results support the company’s decision to address websites, reputation, listings, and social media as connected parts of the customer experience.
The offering has proved straightforward for CCC’s commercial team to position as well.
Jain notes that “Our sales team has told us this was one of their easiest products to sell.”
CCC continues to develop Amplify around the needs of repair shops and the consumers they serve. Its roadmap includes a greater focus on organic discovery across traditional and AI-powered search, along with AI-generated templates that can include useful widgets from the start.
CCC also plans to connect more of the repair journey to the website through capabilities such as payments and repair-status tracking. With Duda providing the website infrastructure and integration layer, CCC can continue adding digital services within a familiar customer experience.
For CCC, the website has become a foundational product, giving the company a single tool to help repair shops attract customers, build trust, recruit employees, and keep consumers informed throughout the repair process.
