Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Duda Inc. (duda.co) is looking for an outbound beast of a salesperson with at least 1 year of quota-based Media Agency or B2B SaaS sales development rep experience. You are a person who is passionate about the hunt, finding solutions, closing the deal and enabling our customers.

What Will You Do?

You will balance outbound prospecting with managing an inbound lead funnel to convert leads to customers, focusing on achieving monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. You will be in charge of identifying, hunting and qualifying leads, as well as demoing and converting new customers through a full sales cycle. You will work directly with our Partner Manager (Account Executive) to create pursuable opportunities and will report to our Senior Partner Manager.

You will closely collaborate with our teams in support, customer success, account management, technical sales, product, education and marketing to enable the success of our customers with the Duda platform. You will also aid in sharing best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies to drive maximum value and success with new and existing Duda customers.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Developing and managing a book of business to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual bookings and adhere to activity performance metrics and standards requirements
  • Engaging and converting inbound and in-trial prospects into paying customers to meet or exceed quota
  • Executing a high volume of daily calls and managing outbound email campaigns and sales cadence
  • Documenting customer segments, sales activity and customer attributes in Salesforce
  • Developing a deep mastery of Duda’s mobile and responsive website builder platform
Requirements (what our ideal candidate will bring to the table)
  • 1-2 years of inbound and/or outbound Sales Development Representative experience
  • A data-driven, hands-on, critical thinker
  • Proficiency and accountability in use of Salesforce.com
  • A creative, smart and passionate self-starter with a competitive and ambitious spirit and team player approach
  • Ability to flourish in a high-growth tech environment where change is constant
