Today we’re announcing the beta release of Duda’s new Model Context Protocol (MCP), which makes it possible for AI tools to take real action for you on the Duda platform — securely, safely, and with your permission. 

This innovative, powerful tool lets you build, manage, and perform actions in your Duda account, sites and more, all directly from your MCP-compatible AI assistant through natural language prompting.

What’s MCP, anyway? 

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that creates seamless integration between Large Language Models (LLMs) and external data sources or tools. In simple terms, MCP is like a USB-C cable for AI—a single, universal way to plug any AI model into any tool or data source, making connections simple, reliable, and reusable. Why you should join the beta

The real magic of harnessing Duda’s MCP server lies in its ability to perform and automate a multitude of actions on your behalf as well as present real-time data about your sites, your account, and anything in-between, all in natural language chat. 

To give an example, you can use a simple prompt like Add amy@duda.co as a client to my site Balloonatics and the action will be completed, without requiring you to go to Client Management and doing that manually.
