Office manager & Employee experience (Part Time 60%)

Duda is looking for a proactive and service-minded Office Manager & Employee Experience to be a part of coordinating all office and employee-related activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable work environment that ensures the smooth daily functioning of Duda Israel.

This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR and Employee Experience world within a fast-growing high-tech environment.

 

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs and day-to-day employee experience, including managing food and refreshments needs (supermarket orders, coffee machine supplier, and other food-related needs) and general operational support.
  • Oversee the office environment, including maintenance, cleanliness, supplies, and vendor partnerships.
  • Support company culture by planning and coordinating engagement activities, events, and ongoing employee experience initiatives (Happy hours, Hackathon, Purim party, yearly trip etc).
  • Ensure a warm, organized, and enjoyable work environment that supports the smooth daily functioning of Duda Israel.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as Finance, IT, and local Duda teams, enabling efficient collaboration.
  • Be part of a global People team, collaborating with them and coordinating the local execution of global company events.
  • Providing service to employees in all related to your responsibilities.

 

Requirements:

  • A student in their final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Behavioral Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Availability to work 3 days a week from our Tel Aviv office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role 
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Problem solving skills and ability to ‘make things happen’
  • Ability to work independently
  • Smart, energetic and friendly
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in Hebrew and in English.
