POSITION OVERVIEW

Step into a key role at Duda as a Partner Solutions Engineer. Use your technical expertise to solve challenges, drive successful partner adoption, and add value at every stage. Partner closely with Account Executives in late sales cycles to validate technical fit and build trust, then guide partners through onboarding and early adoption. You’ll be the technical point of contact, delivering demos, facilitating integration, and smoothing out initial hurdles.

This role offers hands-on work, occasionally developing scripts or tools, to streamline workflows for partners and internal teams. You excel at diagnosing issues and communicating clearly with both engineers and partner leadership. Success means building strong connections, influencing adoption, and ensuring partners get the most from Duda’s solutions. Your drive and precision set the foundation for ongoing partner success, all as part of Duda’s collaborative culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Solution Engineering & Consulting

  • Work with Account Executives during late-stage sales to validate technical fit and set clear onboarding expectations.
  • Lead pre-sales solution workshops and provide integration guidance on Duda’s APIs, SSO, and other extensibility features.
  • Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and solution walk-throughs that resonate with executive and technical audiences.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and advocate for roadmap priorities.
  • Shape technical evaluations and guide partner strategies, positioning Duda as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Influence leadership perceptions by clearly articulating complex technical solutions in an accessible manner.

Partner Onboarding & Success

  • Own the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth setup, site migrations, and integrations.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for existing accounts, solving escalated issues and guiding long-term adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with partner technical teams, helping them expand their use of Duda.
  • Proactively cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with partner organizations beyond technical support, ensuring sustained credibility and impact.

Light Development & Tooling

  • Create scripts, small utilities, or proof-of-concept integrations to unblock partners and assist Account Executives in closing deals.
  • Build internal tooling that improves efficiency for Sales, TAMs, and Support.
  • Document and share code snippets, templates, or automations that can be reused by the broader team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure technical success drives business growth.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, tutorials, and guides for partners and internal teams.
  • Provide feedback on unreleased features and APIs, ensuring a positive developer experience after release.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Technical skills: Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, DBs and integrations. Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solver: Able to dig into complex technical challenges, design scalable solutions, and prevent repeat issues.
  • Customer-facing communicator: Comfortable presenting technical solutions to both engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS or website platforms: Previous exposure to web builders, CMS, or migration projects a plus.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset: Proactive, thrive in ambiguity, and care deeply about partner success.
  • Human connection: Brings empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening to every interaction to build trust and strong relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience with technical account management, sales engineering, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role
  • Hands-on background with web technologies, APIs, and SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to customers and communicating effectively with both technical and business teams
  • Some exposure to scripting languages or building small internal tools (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js preferred) is valuable
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering is helpful

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Annual base salary range: $115,000 - $130,000
  • OTE potential earnings range: $135,000-$150,000 through performance-based variable compensation, paid quarterly
  • Equity participation including initial, performance, and refresh grants following company policy
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance and unlimited/flexible PTO
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the role

WORK LOCATION

Duda values the connection, collaboration, and creativity sparked by working together in person. We also recognize the focus and flexibility that come from remote work. That’s why we have a hybrid schedule in our Louisville, CO office.
