We’re excited to introduce a brand-new capability to speed up your site building workflow. Quickly pull text, images, and business name from any existing site into the content library of the site you're building (or have built) on Duda. Whether you’re rebuilding a client’s site with a template or creating a custom design, this tool helps you jumpstart the process by automatically importing key content.

Discover a serious productivity boost

This update gives agencies like yours a major uptick in efficiency, with things like:

• Faster migrations – pull content in bulk by simply entering an existing URL instead of starting from scratch
• A simpler setup – save hours of manual content copying & pasting. Quickly spin up new sites for clients using their existing content
• Smarter workflows – content is stored in the right place automatically, ready to use and get populated in widgets and layouts

Once you provide a URL, you can choose whether to import the content of the exact link destination, or all of the domain’s associated pages (up to 30 in total). Keep in mind that multi-page content imports are limited to sites that include a sitemap.xml file.

What content gets imported and where does it go?

When you provide a site URL, we’ll automatically extract visible text, images, e business name.

Once imported, the content is automatically organized into the relevant areas within the editor:

• Text → in the text panel 
• Images → in the Media Manager and the media panel
• Business name → in the content library’s Business Info
   

This means you can immediately use these imported assets by simply dragging and dropping text e images right onto the canvas into your new design.



Another perk of this new update - we’ll populate the site’s AI Business Profile with the business name, category and description - all based on the URL you provide.



How to get started?

Simply go to your site’s content library in the editor, and hit the Import Content button. We’ll guide you from there.
