We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Duda’s native Bookings feature.

Duda Bookings makes it simple for small businesses to accept and manage appointments directly from their sites. The solution integrates seamlessly with Site Themes for a polished, responsive design, and supports your workflows and templates to help your agency create booking-enabled sites at scale with minimal effort and without any third-party app or service integration.

Who needs online bookings and why?

Online booking is a powerful way to generate revenue and leads for many types of businesses — from beauty salons and accountants who want instant bookings, to home services that require approval first. The possibilities are virtually endless.

How to get started with Bookings

Simply hit the new Reservas item on the editor’s left panel to add bookings. Next, add your first staff member (edit the sample one) - the professional who’ll lead the appointment. After that, create your first appointment type and set your own or client’s availability, and adjust other settings as needed.

Easily add a staff member (your client)

Bookings currently supports one staff member as a service provider who can provide free appointments. This can be any of your existing clients in Client Management, or a new client you create on the spot.

It also integrates with external calendars like the Google or Apple Calendars, the Outlook one and more, helping your clients stay organized and reduce no-shows. Designed to grow with your clients’ needs, it brings advanced bookings capabilities into one flexible, native solution.

After setting up the staff member and the appointments they'll offer, don't forget to add the Bookings widget to your site and select the appointment type you created to show it online, so visitors can start scheduling appointments.



View and manage booked appointments

Once a site visitor books an appointment, it’s easy to see it under the Booked Appointments area. There it’ll show the attendee’s name, the type of appointment they booked, the staff member leading the appointment, and the appointment’s location.

The admin of the site (and the appointment’s assigned staff member) will receive an email notification of any newly booked appointments.
