Promo Terms and Conditions

Self-service Duda customers on non-custom plans may be able to qualify for a free site for each site purchased during the Promotional Period (“Jan 2026 BOGO Coupon”), the account holder will receive one (1) coupon code redeemable for a free site subscription of equivalent type:

• Annual purchase → Use code BOGO-ANNUAL for one free Annual site
• Monthly purchase → Use code BOGO-MONTHLY one Monthly site free for the first month.

• Promotional Period: This offer is valid for new site purchases made between January 7, 2026, and January 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
• The Mirror Match Offer:
  • Purchase a new Annual site subscription at full price - receive one (1) Annual site free for the first year.
  • Purchase a new Monthly site subscription at full price - receive one (1) Monthly site free for the first month.
• Account Types: This offer is valid only for self-service Duda customers on non-custom plans. Customers on legacy accounts (SMB/DudaPro), WSI-contracted customers, or those on custom contracts are not eligible for this promotion.
• Redemption Deadline: All gifted site coupons must be redeemed by March 31, 2026. After this date, the coupons will expire and any remaining unused redemptions will be voided. Coupons are non-transferable and may only be applied to new sites within the same account.
• Qualified Purchases: Only new sites purchased at full price without credits or previous subscriptions (“Qualified Sites”) will qualify for a Jan 2026 BOGO Coupon. This offer does not apply to site renewals, sites transferred to a different account, plan upgrades, add-ons (eCommerce, IVRs, etc.), site migrations, or site upgrades.
• Qualified Sites Auto Renew Restriction - The option to disable auto-renew on Qualified Sites will not be available during the proration period. The option becomes available one (1) day after the account's billing cycle date.
  • Example: If a qualifying site is purchased on January 10, 2026, and the account billing cycle date is the 20th, auto-renew cannot be disabled between January 10–20. The option becomes available on January 21.
  • This restriction applies to both Monthly and Annual subscriptions. This restriction does not apply to gifted sites redeemed using a coupon code.
• Cancellation & Claw-Back
  • Gifted Sites: Once a gifted site is canceled, the promotional credit is considered used. No replacement coupon will be issued.
  • Qualified Sites: If a Qualified Site subscription is canceled or refunded before proration period, Duda reserves the right to:
    • Void any unredeemed coupons associated with that purchase; and
    • Deactivate the associated gifted site(s) or charge the account holder at Duda's then-current rates.
• Post-Promo Rates: After the initial "gifted" period (1 year for Annual, 1 month for Monthly), any gifted site will automatically renew at Duda’s then-current rates unless canceled by the user during the standard approved cancellation window.
• No Combinations: Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or bulk pricing agreement.
• Communication & Delivery: All coupons, receipts, and fulfillment instructions will be sent from team@duda.co and delivered exclusively to the primary email address defined for the Duda account making the purchase. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the account email is connected to an active, monitored inbox. Duda is not responsible for missed coupons due to inactive emails, full inboxes, or filtered messages.
