Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

Duda Inc. ( is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about enabling customer success, has proven knowledge of HTML/CSS and has superior relationship management and communication skills.

You will provide direct phone, chat and email support to our growing customer base of web designers and professionals by helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to either DudaOne, our responsive website builder, or DudaMobile, our mobile website builder.

As part of our Customer Success team, you will also help drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies in order to drive maximum value and success with new and existing Duda customers.

In addition to the required core job skills and experience, it is equally important to us to find the right person to fit into our company and culture. We are looking for someone who is creative, outgoing, and can adapt quickly in our fast-moving organization. This is an ideal position for a “people person” who likes to develop strategic win-win relationships with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via chat, phone and email
  • Engaging each account to ensure that every Duda functionality and offering is being leveraged, maximizing the value of each Duda subscription
  • Proactively growing existing accounts by leveraging renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with sales and other departments to ensure conversion, seamless onboarding and deployment
  • Advocating for customers’ needs and contributing to our growing knowledge base of articles and videos
  • Evangelizing Duda’s product features and assisting customers in the adoption of Duda’s products to help them build long-term success
You are the person we are looking for if you are:
  • Customer oriented: you "own" the customer's problems and are able to solve inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Able to show that you can drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity.
  • Experienced building websites using HTML/CSS and understand how websites are structured.
  • Passionate about troubleshooting and solving problems creatively and efficiently
  • 2-4 years’ experience providing exceptional customer support
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
  • Positive, outgoing solution-finder who is able to multitask
