Duda Inc. ( is looking for an Customer Success Intern who can work across departments as needed to complete a variety of Customer Success and Sales projects, as well as take on responsibility for ongoing maintenance of customer facing platforms as needed. What Will You Do?

As a Customer Success Intern for the Customer Success team, you will become intimately familiar with Duda’s website building tools, Zendesk’s support and knowledgebase software, and how projects are handled in a fast-moving startup environment. You will report directly to the manager of the support team and work closely with both the VP of customer success and our education manager.

Requirements (what our ideal candidate will bring to the table)
  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role
  • Basic Proficiency with Office Software (Google Drive/Docs/Sheets)
  • Basic Proficiency with HTML and image editing
  • Ability to flourish in a high-growth tech environment where change is constant
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical problem-solving/troubleshooting experience
  • Advanced HTML/CSS experience
  • Understanding of sales cycle and lead qualification
  • Previous content management experience
